  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

To initiate a return:

  2. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

  3. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used makeup products

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Gift cards


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


6. Shipping Fees
