Refund and Returns Policy for Vicasopic – Effective as of January 6, 2025
At Vicasopic, we strive to provide premium food products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can easily return or exchange items under the conditions outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- For perishable items (e.g., food products with expiration dates), returns will only be accepted if the item was delivered damaged or defective.
- If the item was a gift, it must still meet the return conditions above.
- If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food products or any consumables (unless damaged or defective).
- Gift cards.
- Customized items or products made to your specifications.
- Sale or clearance items are generally not eligible for returns, unless specified in the product listing.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@vicasopic.com or call (419) 402-4009 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to return your items.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during return shipping.
- Ship the items back to the address provided with your RMA. Please ensure the shipping is trackable to avoid any issues with lost packages.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product only (excluding shipping costs).
- Processing times for refunds may take 5-7 business days after we have received your returned item.
- If you paid with a credit card, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To exchange a product:
- Follow the steps above to initiate the return and mention that you wish to exchange the item for another product of the same value.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a return for a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs, if applicable. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, the return process must be followed.
